If you’ve never canned your summer bounty this is a good starter class, if you’re a seasoned canner, it offers some tips to keep things fresh.
Shari Gallup from the OSU Extension office will go over safe canning techniques for hot water bath canning and check pressure canning lids for your pressure cooker.
July 18th is a general class and August 8th is a special workshop on tomato canning. 6pm both days in the Bryn Du Mansion Carriage House.
